FLOENZY products come with a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Manufacturing defects
• Material faults
• Component failures under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Filter cartridge replacement (consumable item)
• Damage from hard water scale buildup
