• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

• Used filter cartridges
• Opened hygiene components
• Clearance items

Refund Process

1. Email info@floenzy.com
2. Receive return authorisation
3. Ship item back
4. Refund processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photos
• Replacement or refund will be arranged
